We went to one of the local pumpkin patches a couple of weekends ago and had a good time. We went on the first non-rainy day in a while, so it was pretty muddy, but I'm glad we went. Jacob had fun with all of the activities available for kids - endless pumpkins and gourds, climbing hay structure, farm animals, etc.... It was pretty cold so he didn't get to do as much if it was warmer, but he still enjoyed himself. I tried to get as many pictures of the kids as I could, but with all of the distractions and muddy conditions, the kids weren't as cooperative. As we were leaving I saw a family of four take a picture with their two kids (upper grade school age) and they took the picture in one shot! I usually take about ten picture per shot to get one decent one. Thank goodness for digital cameras!

Jacob insisted on pushing Bailey, which turned into quite the temper tantrum when we wouldn't let him sometimes because he was running into people
Jacob probably go excited to see the farm animals more than anything else
